Instructors Credentials for Joseph de Silva :
- As president of Natural Fitness, Joe has worked as a personal trainer
throughout Maine at several elite fitness facilities prior to opening Natural Fitness.
He received his BS in Physical Education from Saint Joseph's College. Also, he is one
of the few certified Functional Movement Specialists in Maine. Furthermore, he has
evolved his training system throughout his 10 years of practice to focus on performance
enhancement and applied functional science. In 2009, Joe will take part in the Gary Gray
GIFT Fellowship program in order to increase his knowledge in applied functional science
and functional biomechanics.
